The lawyers are very knowledgeable and have the confidence that projects that. Liam Castro, in particular, has always answered all of my questions and explained definitions/situations in such detail that I rarely need to ask for further explanation or have additional questions. During one conversation when I was rightfully frustrated with my situation, he calmly said something along the lines of, “Let me do my job. You, your job moving forward is to take care of yourself”. I got off the phone feeling less pressure because I knew in my heart he really was working diligently on my case, which eventually produced a positive outcome.
